WHO QUALIFIES?

The Viok warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end buyer.

A valid proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty coverage.


WHAT QUALIFIES?

Products purchased directly from Viok, online marketplaces, or our authorized offline partners are eligible for warranty coverage.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Products used for unintended purposes
• Misuse, mishandling, accidents, or abnormal use
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Products that are not genuine or not manufactured by Viok
• Third-party purchases not authorized by Viok


VIOK LIFETIME WARRANTY

Viok offers a Lifetime Warranty on select products. This warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that occur due to errors during the manufacturing process.

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the user.
