Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible. Our policies are designed to be customer-friendly and focused on providing a better experience.

The return and exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Orders are eligible for return or exchange only if the product(s):

• Are unused and in the same condition as received
• Have the protective film intact and not peeled off
• Are returned in the original packaging along with all freebies
• Include an unboxing video in case of damaged, wrong, or used product received

For return or exchange requests, an additional charge of ₹99 may apply.

For assistance regarding return, replacement, or any product-related issue, customers can raise a request through the return/exchange page.


PLEASE NOTE

During marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return, exchange, or refund rules may apply. Returns may not be eligible during sale periods.

• Items purchased under Clearance Sale
• Glass items such as screen protectors and lens protectors
• Dziner case series
• 20W Rapid Pro Adapter


EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different colour, model, or product within 7 days of delivery, an additional fee of ₹99 will apply.

The product must be unused and in its original condition. Glass items are not eligible for exchange.

The exchange process (pickup and delivery) will be initiated by us. Customers will be informed about the additional charge before proceeding.

If replacement products are unavailable, customers may return the product and receive a refund in the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credits.

If the exchanged product costs more than the original product, the balance amount must be paid via a payment link shared by us. If the exchanged product costs less, the balance amount will be refunded as store credits.

NOTE: Exchange requests cannot be converted into return requests.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders placed via EMI or Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive refunds in the form of store credits.


STORE CREDITS

Store credits are sent to the email address used while placing the order. They can also be redeemed using a different email address.

Store credits are issued as an alphanumeric code and can be applied during checkout.

NOTE: Store credits issued for returned orders do not have an expiry date and can be used anytime in the future.
