Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We process and ship orders on the same day for orders placed between Monday – Saturday (before 11:00 AM).
For products that are in stock, once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days after shipping. This does not take into consideration any issues the shipping carrier may have with the package.
If you believe there is an issue with your tracking, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
FREE DELIVERY
We provide free delivery on all prepaid orders. Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within 1 working day. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking details after 2 working days.
In case of delivery delays, customers may request to have the product reshipped or opt for a refund. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (RTO) or refused at the time of delivery will be refunded in the form of store credit.
For orders placed using the EMI payment option, any eligible refund will strictly be provided as store credit.
Please note: In exceptional cases where a refund is processed to the customer’s bank account or original mode of payment, a standard deduction of ₹149 will apply towards shipping charges.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
An additional charge of ₹149 may apply for express shipping. If we fail to deliver your express order on the expected delivery date, we will refund the express shipping fee.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. For COD or EMI orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.
