Return Policy
RETURNS
We aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly return experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The protective film must remain intact (not removed or tampered)
- The product must be returned in original packaging along with all freebies
- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, incorrect, or used product received
A return processing fee of ₹99 may be applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not applicable for the following products:
- Items purchased under Clearance Sale
- Glass items (e.g., screen protectors, lens protectors)
- Dziner Case Series
- 20W Rapid Pro Adapter
IMPORTANT NOTES
- During sale events or promotional campaigns, special return rules may apply
- In some cases, returns may not be accepted during sale periods
REFUNDS
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval
- Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI will be refunded as store credits
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders placed via EMI or Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive refunds in the form of store credits.
STORE CREDITS
- Store credits are sent to the registered email address
- They are issued in the form of an alphanumeric code
- Can be used during checkout for future purchases
- No expiry date — can be used anytime
