RETURNS

We aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly return experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The protective film must remain intact (not removed or tampered)
  • The product must be returned in original packaging along with all freebies
  • An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, incorrect, or used product received

A return processing fee of ₹99 may be applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns are not applicable for the following products:

  • Items purchased under Clearance Sale
  • Glass items (e.g., screen protectors, lens protectors)
  • Dziner Case Series
  • 20W Rapid Pro Adapter

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • During sale events or promotional campaigns, special return rules may apply
  • In some cases, returns may not be accepted during sale periods

REFUNDS

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI will be refunded as store credits

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders placed via EMI or Cash on Delivery (COD) will receive refunds in the form of store credits.


STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits are sent to the registered email address
  • They are issued in the form of an alphanumeric code
  • Can be used during checkout for future purchases
  • No expiry date — can be used anytime
